About Matthew:

Payton joined the Rosin Lab in September 2023. She was born and raised in New Jersey, USA, with her family dog, frog, and tortoise. Payton is interested in biology, film, playing sports, and card games. She has research experience in rearing and dissecting mosquitos in the Matthews Lab (UBC), and running code and performing analysis on ALS-targeted data in the Gorassini Lab (UofA).
